Detail Analysis of the AILET 2023 Syllabus:
- English- In this section, the questions will be based on Grammar, vocabulary, antonyms, synonyms, choosing the correct words, idioms and phrases and jumble words and sentences.
- Elementary Mathematics- Under this section, the questions are going to be supported by the 10th standard mathematics syllabus.
- General Knowledge- This section will contain questions from Economics, Civics, History, Current affairs, Geography, and General Science.
- Reasoning- In this section, candidates are going to be tested on their logical and analytical skills. Questions will be asked from the topics like syllogism, blood relations, identifying patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments.
- Legal Aptitude- This section will include Questions from Constitution, Fundamental Rights, IPR, Indian Penal Code, Family Law, Labor Law, Problem-solving ability and Research aptitude.
- Law of Torts- Law of Torts covers civil cases. The concept of Tort law is to provide relief and compensation to the victim for the wrongful acts of others that have caused harm.
- Family Law- Family Law includes Marriage, Domestic Partnership, Adoption, Paternity, Child Custody, Surrogacy, and Juvenile Laws.
- International Law- International Law is the set of rules, agreements, and treaties used for maintaining relations with other nations.
- Jurisprudence- Jurisprudence includes the understanding of the Legal system, Legal institution, and their Role in society.
- Property Law- Property Law includes the law related to various forms of Ownership and Tenancy in real property and personal property within the common legal system.
- Intellectual Property Law- This law protects the legal rights of inventions, designs, and artistic work. It also protects the exclusivity of Intangible assets
- Law of Contracts- Law of contracts enforce the law to the agreement to perform the service or commitment to an act.
- Criminal Law- Criminal Law basically deals with crimes like threatening or endangering to the Property, health, safety, and moral welfare of people.
